CATS Refund Policy

The CATS staff understands that scheduling conflicts and unforeseen emergencies may prevent you from attending a seminar that you registered for. Our refund policy is as follows:

1. Full Refund

A full refund will be issued upon receipt of a formal request via email or in writing up to 10 business days prior to the scheduled seminar the attendee has successfully registered to attend. The method of refund will be the same as the original method of payment whenever possible. All other refunds will be via an official cashiers check. Refunds will be issued within 2 business days of receipt of your request.

2. Substitute Attendees

An attendee who has successfully registered for a CATS seminar may request that another member of their agency or company attend the seminar. To do so the person or person(s) wishing to attend must successfully complete another registration form and indicate their desire to take the place of the previously registered attendee to avoid billing related issues.

3. Partial Refund

A partial refund will be issued upon receipt of a formal request via email or in writing when made within 10 business days prior to the scheduled seminar that the attendee has successfully registered to attend. A non-refundable fee of $50 dollars will be charged and or deducted from any refund issued. The remaining balance will be refunded within 2 business days of receipt of your request.

Note once an attendee has successfully registered for a CATS seminar we regret that we cannot transfer the registration to other scheduled CATS seminars. A refund will be issued upon request in accordance with our refund policy.
